Arabic first, not translated
We build Arabic-first rather than translating an English bot. We use Arabic-capable models and tune the assistant on your own content and terminology, so it understands Modern Standard Arabic and the way your customers actually write and speak, and it switches to English when they do.
Interfaces are designed for right-to-left from the first screen, and the assistant's greetings, answers and hand-over messages are written in natural Arabic, not machine-translated copy.
Your knowledge and your systems
Answers come from your own documents through retrieval-augmented generation (RAG). We ingest your FAQs, policies, product data and manuals, keep them up to date, and show the source behind an answer where it matters.
Then we connect the chatbot to the systems it needs to read from and act in:

Data protection and compliance

Where data residency matters, the chatbot can be hosted inside the Kingdom. Elbi, our own platform, is hosted inside the Kingdom.
