SEO Specialist

About the role

You will be responsible for how our websites perform in Google and in AI search tools. The site is bilingual with a large blog and many service pages, so there is real work in both technical and content SEO.

What you will do

• Run technical SEO audits: crawling, indexing, page speed, structured data, redirects
• Plan keyword and content strategy in English and Arabic, and brief writers
• Improve existing pages using Search Console and analytics data
• Handle internal linking, sitemaps and hreflang for the Arabic and English versions
• Report on rankings, traffic and leads, and explain what changed and why

What we're looking for

• 2+ years of hands-on SEO experience
• Strong with Google Search Console, Analytics and a crawler such as Screaming Frog
• Understanding of technical SEO, structured data and multilingual sites
• Able to write or edit clear content; Arabic SEO experience is a strong plus
• Realistic about timelines: no "guaranteed page one" promises

Nice to have

• Experience optimising for AI search and answer engines
• Basic HTML/CSS ability
• Link-building and digital PR experience
