AI Engineer

About the role

You will work on the AI side of our products: the assistants and agents that answer customers in Arabic and English. The job is to turn a model into something reliable that a business can run every day.

What you will do

• Design, build and evaluate AI features such as classification, retrieval, extraction and agent workflows
• Connect models to company data so answers are grounded in real documents
• Measure quality with test sets, then fix what the numbers show
• Work with the backend team to put features into production and keep them running
• Write clear notes so the rest of the team can maintain what you build

What we're looking for

• 2+ years building machine-learning or AI-powered software
• Strong Python and comfort with APIs, databases and Git
• Practical experience with at least one of: NLP, retrieval, speech, computer vision
• You can explain why a model fails and what you will try next
• Comfortable working in English; Arabic is a plus

Nice to have

• Experience with Arabic NLP or voice
• Cloud deployment and monitoring experience
• Published work or open-source contributions
