AI QA & Testing Engineer

About the role

Testing an AI product is different from testing a normal app: the same question can produce different answers. You build the tests and the habits that tell us whether an assistant is actually getting better.

What you will do

• Plan and run functional, regression and exploratory testing across web, mobile and chat interfaces
• Build test sets of real questions in Arabic and English, including tricky and off-topic ones
• Record wrong, unsafe or made-up answers and trace them to a cause
• Automate repeatable checks and report results clearly to engineers and product owners
• Test releases before they go live, including the Arabic right-to-left experience

What we're looking for

• 2+ years in software QA, manual and automated
• Experience with a test automation tool such as Playwright, Cypress or Selenium
• Careful bug reports: steps, expected result, actual result, evidence
• Fluent Arabic or English, ideally both; you can judge whether an Arabic answer reads naturally
• Curiosity about how AI systems fail

Nice to have

• API testing (Postman or similar)
• Experience evaluating chatbots or LLM outputs
• Mobile testing on real devices
