A registered Saudi entity

We are a formally registered company operating inside the Kingdom — not a reseller or an overseas contractor. Contracts, invoicing, support and delivery all sit under Saudi jurisdiction.

Eligible for public and enterprise procurement

Registration with Monsha'at is a prerequisite in many government and large-enterprise procurement processes in Saudi Arabia, and supports local-content requirements.

Aligned with Vision 2030

Monsha'at exists to raise the SME sector's contribution to the national economy under Vision 2030. Our work in AI, software and game development sits directly inside that mandate.

Current, not historic

SME classification is not granted once and kept forever. It is issued for a single year and has to be renewed with the Authority, so an active certificate reflects a company that is still trading and still in good standing.

About Monsha'at

The Small and Medium Enterprises General Authority — Monsha'at — was established in 2016 to organise, support and develop the SME sector in Saudi Arabia. It sets the official SME classification, runs national support programmes, funding channels and incubators, and works to raise the sector's contribution to national GDP as part of Vision 2030. Elbetron operates from the Monsha'at Innovation Center in Al Khobar.
